According to police of Prey Nup commune Mr. Seng Lha, he said that the excused was charge with raping a virgin girl on 27-February-07 while she was returning from a wedding party at the assailant's village. He added that after raping the assailant escaped nearly one year. When he came back home, we apprehended him.
