An adolescent chopped to death in rancor

Kandal Province: A 22-year-old adult was chopped to death with an ax at 6:15pm on 26 December 2007 in Sa Ang district’s Bra Sath commune after returning from playing football in the village. The victim known as Phorn Cheap was the worker in Phnom Penh, said Mang Mech Sa Ang district police chief. The villagers said that this was the rancor case. Three years ago, Phorn Cheap injured the two siblings, who are murderers. Phorn Cheap was sentenced one year in prison. After releasing, he went to Phnom Penh. On 26 of December, when the two siblings saw Phorn Cheap walking in front of their house, they attacked him to death as the revenge. The two killers are under apprehension, police chief added.
