An Ambulance Runs into a Woman

Svayrieng province: Phasokapheap Clinic’s ambulance in Svayrieng town hit a woman, getting seriously injured. 26-year-old Chan Sambath drove the ambulance like the wind to take a traffic accident victim and crashed the victim Sao Vibol, 23 while she was driving her HONDA motorbike. An eyewitness said that the victim would have died if she had not worn a crash helmet. The ambulance and the motorcycle were taken into police custody. Lately the Ministry of Health has issued an announcement nationwide to prevent the private clinics from transporting victims (for example from traffic accident) in anarchic way.
