An odd baby dies a few hours after being born

Kampot Province: Villagers surprised after they saw an odd baby, who was born on Friday last week Sat Porng commune, Chouk district. Upper part of his body is normal. But from his stomach down is like a dolphin. The mother, 24, said that the baby died a few hours after he was born. Villagers said that maybe the mother did not take care of health carefully during pregnancy that her baby becomes strange.
