Animals in Kampong Speu Stolen Flowingly

Kampong Speu Province: People’s animals have been stolen flowingly-oxen, cows and bull in Kampong Speu especially in Samroung Torng district. It was reported that there were four trucks transported oxen to another province daily. Sometimes they are captured by police, sometimes not.
