Appealing Court Keeps on Municipal Court Verdict

Phnom Penh: Preceding judges of appealing court on 12-April-07 issued warrant of the case of Chear Vichea’s murderers Born Samnang and Sok Sameoun remain 20 years in jail for each of intentional murder and unlawful arm use.
Mrs. Nuon Kemsry, Born Samnang’s mother, appealed to the retired King and Queen, the King, Samdech Hun Sen and Lorkchumtiev Bun Ranie for help. My son did not kill Chear Vichea.
