Arrested 68-year-old man for raping 12-year-old girl

Kandal: An old man committed immoral case with a 12-year-old girl was put in prison for temporary of raping case. Long Sarin, 68, was arrested according to law on 28^th, June in Vil village, Saang district, Kandal. It’s known that Long Sarin always consoled and gave her 100 Riel then raped on 20^th at 3:30pm but he was arrested after the victim family had seen and filed against him.
