Battambang Province: A 24-year-old suspect was arrested and sent to the court on 25 December 2007 in Sang Ke district for rapping a 15-year-old girl. The rapist known as Tab Voeurn is the fishing man. After raping for five days, Tab Voeurn’s mother asked the victim’s mother to finish the case by letting them get married. The victim’s mother pretended to agree so that police had time to arrest the suspect
