Banteay Meanchey Police chase wire stealers

Banteay Meanchey: Wire stealing happens so often in Banteay Meanchey, but it decreases recently when police caught some of the wire stealers. On 23 August 2007, Mongkul Borei police chased a gang of wire stealers and caught a man Hel Raven. Nuth Ly, Mongkol Borei police chief said that the police combat the stealers from the order of Hun Hean, Banteay Meanchey police chief commissioner.
