Battambong Province celebrates the 54th Independent Day

Battambong Province: The 54th of the commemoration for Cambodian Independent Day was celebrated on 9 november 2007 in Steoung Sangke theater, Battambong province, under the presence of Mr. Prach Chann, the provical governor, senators, other representatives from Cambodian People Party, Fhon Si Pich, and Som Rang Sy party, and others involment from NGOs, offical leaders in the province, also the presence from educational department include dirctors, professors, and the students. The provincial governor, Prach Chann mentioned about the great devotion of our former King, Norodom Shihanok for the sake of our freedom from Franch colony in 9 november 1953. After gaining independence from Franch, His Mejesty, King Norodom Shihanok carried on his missions to lead and develop our country towards the new and successful policies. The celebration was finished after the devotional from other members who are in authority.
