Becomes a killer due to revenge

Svay Reag Province: After several years ago of argument , the fame of anger started to burn again in Hem Channy, 18. The event happened in the evening on 3rd December, while the victim, Sourn Phanny, 22, returned to visit his family in Kampong Ro village in order to join his relative’s wedding. On that day, Phanny was asked by his father to take the phone for him, and then the victim walked across the criminal’s house. Being heard the voice of his past enemy, Channy hurriedly took the knife to hack on the victim. Phanny could not find on that day, until 4 December in the morning his body was found in a lack. The criminal was arrested and detained, said the police.
