Blaming student, teacher seriously hit

Phnom Penh: A teacher from Santhor Mok High School was hit and severely injured by a student. This event happened on 13 December, at 9.10 am while the victim was waiting for his children leaving from school. The attacked teacher, Hoe Meka, 38, is a teacher at Santhor Mork High School whereas the criminals are his students. Due to the suspect, Houy Solida, 17, a friend of the criminal, this is a revenge attack because the victim blamed the criminal’s girlfriend about her highlight hair.
