Boy Dies, Man Breakes his leg in Accident

Kampongspeu Province: A 17-year-old boy died instantly at the scene in a shock traffic accident on Sunday morning in Ang Serey village, Chba Mon town’s Rokathom commune. The dead victim known as Yoem Thoeurn lived in Suportep commune’s Rolang Sangke village. Yoem Thoeurn took a motorbike with 21-year-old Chum Thorng. Arriving at the spot, their motorcycle crashed with another one on the road. Meanwhile, a car in the high speed came and ran over and killed Yoem Thoeurn. The driver escaped, leaving his car at the scene. One of the victims also broke his leg in this accident. The local police took those vehicles into their custody and are searching for the escapee.
