Boy Lures 7-year-old Girl to Rape

Koh Kung Province: A 15-year-old boy was arrested by Butum Sakor district penalty police last week after a grand father of the victim girl, 7, filed a complaint with police. According to the complaint, the accused Bou Makara lured the girl to a bush and raped her, police said. The police made the arrest of Bou Makara one day later and sent him their station to be questioned of the rape case. In front of the anti-human trafficking police, the defendant confessed that he had cajoled the minor girl to the bush and raped her. The boy was sent to court to sentence.
