Brutal man: hit wife and raped his daughter

Kampong Cham Province: An elder man was arrested and charged of using violence in the family and raped his daughter. The event was occurred at night on 7 December, while the mother escaped from the house after being seriously hit by her husband and left a 13 year-old daughter alone in the house with a drunken father. The girl said that her father attempted to rape her once, but could not be success. However, at around 1 am on 7 December, his ugly attempt was succeed. Finally, the cruel father and husband was arrested and detained.
