Builders’ Administrator Body found Spoilt

Kampong Cham Province: A builders’ administrator body known as Ban Pal, 56, was found spoilt in Prek Touch village, Chyror I commune, Tbong Kmom district after missing for 5 days. He lived in Ampil Ler village, Ampil commune, Kampong Siem district.
Provincial police predicted that the dead victim may have been killed in his bike robbery.
