Cambodia Asks FBI to Investigate Reporter Murder

Phnom Penh: Through the US embassy to Cambodia, the ministry of interior decided to ask the US’s FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) to investigate the killing of journalist and his son, who were murdered on 11 July 2008 near OUlympic stadium. Deputy prime Minister and the Minister of interior ministry Sor Ken on Friday sent a letter to the US ambassador. Remind that two days after the murdering the reporter and his son, FBI offered investigation assistance to Cambodian government if it desired.
