Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos ask for triangle development zone from Japan

Phnom Penh: All the 3 countries had a meeting on 4th, March 2007 to recheck and prepare new development plan to Japan for financial support. This is the 2nd meeting after the one held in 1999. Cambodia asks for 14 plan which worth $11 million; Laos asks for 11 plans worthing 11 miilion, and Vietnam asks for 10 plans worthing $6 million. The triangle zone development plan is infrastructure construction, health care, and road. However, Japan plans to give only $20 million.
