Cambodia will conduct a census in 2008

Phnom Penh: In these recent years, there are many changes in Cambodia such as movement of workers, literacy rate, infrastructures, and the changes in people living condition. Therefore, the data of the census is very important in development plan. The 1998 census is the first census that showed the population and characteristics of people after the 1962 census. In the 2008 census, there will be 31707 interviewer and other 8000 staffs.
