Cambodian Cancel loan agreement with Thailand

Phnom Penh: Cambodian government on Friday decided to cancel an agreement on 42 million US dollar loan with Thailand. Cambodian government planed to borrow the loan from Thailand to rebuild route number 68 from Siem Reap to Oudar Meanchey province. Koy Kuong, spokesman of the Foreign Ministry, said on Friday that Cambodian government has enough budget to rebuild the road. This cancel happened when the two nations have a tensional relationship.
