Cambodian Journalist Gets UN Scholarship Study in New York

July 24, 2007: UNDP announced that a Cambodian journalist Kan Sopyrum gets scholarship from United Nation (UN) to attend training in New York on affair of UN and Congress of the UN. Mr. Kan Sopyrum was offered the scholarship from The Reham Al Farra Memorial Journalist’s Fellow Ship program for 2007. He will participate with other 13 journalists from around the world. This scholarship began in 1981 and has trained more than 300 journalists from 156 countries over the world.
