Cambodian Workers Being Sent Back from Thailand

April 8, 08: According to immigrant police at Poi Pet border gap not least than 1,000 Khmer workers are being sent back to Cambodia by Thai authority. A worker claimed that he and other workers sneak to enter Thailand illegally. Those workers have their guide man/woman who gather them and head them out to Thailand that they can get out without any arrest. Sometimes they are cheated by the guide so when they come back, they have no any money when they reach the Cambodian-Thailand border. They have to beg for money to travel back home. He added that the workers decided to leave their home country because of joblessness.
