Car mender shocked in the workshop

Phnom Penh: A car mender was dead by electric shock at 6:00 pm in the evening of 21th April 2007 in Trea village, Sangkat Steung Meanchey, Khan Meanchey.The victim,Nov Phal, 30, was from Thmor Tran village, Reak Chey commune, Bar Phnom district, Prey Veng Province.
Police said that on 21th April, while Nov Phal was working in the workshop with other workers, he did not notice the electric wire near him then he was shocked dead immediately.
