Cattle Stealer Arrested in Preah Sihanouk

Preah Sihanouk Province: Provincial police said that a 20-year-old teenager was apprehended on Tuesday on suspicion of stealing two buffalos in Preah Sihanouk province’s Prey Nub district. According to police, on June 6 a 50-year-old woman tied the two cattle to graze in a paddy field and they were missing at the same day. Police worked on the case after the woman reported to them and on Monday they received a cue from a cattle buyer, who told police that an adult wanted to sell two buffalos to him. A police official disguised himself as a buyer and went to the scene with the cattle buyers to check whether or not the buffalos are the missing ones. After finding the missing cattle with that teenager, the cop arrested him and returned the water buffalos to its right owner.
