Chlong-Kratie: Chan Sarun, minister of agricultural urged people to change cow breed and rice seed. People are less care in choosing breed and caring about the food, he added. Cow breed must be strong for effectively plowing and worthy in economic term because the better choosing breed, the effective workforce.
