Charcoal Man Finds 37 Boxes of Bullets

Battambang Province: Charcoal Man found 37 boxes of bullets while he was digging a hole to make a charcoal kiln on Thursday in Pen village, Moung Rossey district’s Prey Tralach commune. The local authority confirmed those bullets were buried in 1980s when Cambodia was in war. The place, where the bullets buried, was the former Khmer Rouge station, Prey Tralach commune police said. Battambang police chief said that some of the bullets are useable, and the others are out of date need to be destroyed.
