Cheating by pretending to buy a motorbike

Angsnoul-Kandal: A man was accused and arrested for pretending to buy a motorbike and ride the motorbike away. The man was arrested after the owner inform the police at 3:30 PM on 14th June 2007 in Krang Mkak village, Angsnoul district. The arrested man, Doung Net, 22, went with the motor taxi driver, Khon Mao, butn then Doung Net escaped with the motorbike on 11th June.
