Chinese Vessel Finds Oil in Cambodian Sea

January 7, 08: An oil-exploring vessel of Republic of China called BINHAI 517 found that block-F in Cambodian sea has oil and gas. This ship belongs to CNOOC INTERNATIONAL LTD Company that has agreement with the Kingdom of Cambodia to explore oil in Cambodian see from the port of Tycoon Mong Rithy to island block Rong. The company’s representative said that this vessel will explore oil in the sea by technical equipments for 20 days from January 8 before taking official explore.
