Kompong Tom: A drunken cruel man was arrested after he had drunken, and about to kill a woman with knife and iron stick in the conflict. The arrested man Der Kosal 31 drank alcohol, shouted then had conflict with his neighbor Yon Srey, 36, said district police on 23 October. After he had been packaged of various litigation papers, Der Kosal had sent to court on 25 October.
