Court: Opposition Leader Appears in the Early June

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh municipal court required the opposition leader Samrainsy to appear at the court on June 5 to clarify the deputy prime minister and foreign affairs minister Hor Namhong’s suit. The Phnom Penh court issued its second warrant to ask him to go to the court, Phnom Penh municipal court officer said Tuesday. The deputy prime miniser Hor Namhong has sued Samrainsy for disinformation and defamation. Samrainsy, who came back to Cambodian on Monday, could not be reached for his case.
