CPP: 2008 Election Victory, Hun Sen Remains Prime Minister

June 28, 2007: 56th CPP anniversary was hosted in the party’s Central Committee Unit, which was honorary attended by the party head Samdech Chea Sim, Samdech Hun Sen, the vice president of the party, some 10, 000 party’s members and ambassadors in Cambodia.
Samdech Chea Sim said in the occasion “if CPP wins in the 2008 election, Samdech Hun Sen remains the Prime Minister and the alliance with Funcinpec Party will still keep the same.”
