Debauchee Set Free after Arrest

Phnom Penh: A construction Broker man, who was charged with committing debauchery, was released after he was educated and agreed to pay 400 US dollars as the compensation. The man known as Chuon Tung, 51, hugged an 18-year-old construction worker girl on May 25 while she was working at a construction site in Phnom Penh Thmey commune’s Roung Chok village. Police confirmed that the release followed the permission of the court.
