Dengue fever causes serious danger

Phnom Penh: According to a joint statment by Ministry of Health and World Health Organization (WHO) on 12 July 2007 that the case of dengue fever will be more serious if no action is taken against it. In the statement, the Ministry of Health and World Health Organization focused on the combatting of dengue fever in the communities. Till now, there is not enough vaccination against the dengue fever. Moreover, the report noticed that if we can destroy all the mosqitoes breeding places, the case of dengue fever will decline. Meanwhile, Ministry of Health and WHO insisted all the communities to report the case of dengue fever to Ministry of Health and involved authorities to find the source of the disease.
