Digging Well Get Gas with Water and Oil

Kandal Province: A well that villagers were digging, it appeared water with gas and oil that we can burn. The event happened on a land owned by Mr. Soy Sa Un in Tuol Sleng village, Lerk Dek commune, Koh Tom district, Kandal.
Song Ratana, nephew of Soy Sa Un, said on 5-April-07 that his uncle started to dig a well last month on his field by using digging machine. When he dug for 16 meters depth, water marched out with gas and oil. Villagers lighted the gas; the gas burned like general gas.
Until now the pressure of water, gas and oil still flows out of the well. It is noticed that the same case occurred once in Lvea Em district, Kandal province last year.
