Phnom Penh: In its monthly presentation of student films, the Department of Media and Communication (DMC) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) will focus on everyday life in Cambodia. The short documentaries - that were made during classes and workshops at the only journalism workshop in the country - show what is behind things that you might observe daily without paying much attention to them. Followed by a Q&A with some of the student directors. Meta House shows a selection of the best films by DMC students every last Saturday of the month. DVDs of select student productions will be on sale tonight (Khmer with English subtitles). The event is on Saturday (27 March 2010)
