Dog trappers arrested in Kompong Chnag

Kompong Chnag: The 2 suspects men were arrested while they were on their way to the dog selling house with 2 dead dogs in the bag in at 2:10am on 14th, June because the dog trappers were sign of the group who steal people properties. The trappers confessed that while they were eating, there were 2dogs came and ate the left bones, then they cought and killed them. On the same day, Keo Sotun, owner of the dogs asked 3millions Riels for ocmpensation but the 2 suspect couldn't afford it, consequently, they were sent to court.
