Don Penh authority gather vagrant

Phnom Penh: 14 vagrants including 6 older people, and 8 younger people were gathered on 24^th, July morning by Don Penh and Phsar Tmei 3’s authorities. All the vagrants were sent to 2 different education centers. The main reason of gathering was to educate them because they used drug and stole others in the night. Pech Socheata, deputy of Don Penh commune, suggested to educate them at least 2 or 3 months to avoid anarchy.
