Drive Motor Woo Each Other, Robbers Take Motor Away

Phnom Penh: A man was robbed by the two robbers. The robber drove to get close and picked a gun to threat a man in order to take a man’s black-motor C125 model 2007 without plate number. This event happened while the man parked the motor at the riverside and wooed a lady.The event occurred at 23:30 pm in March 19, 2007 at the east riverside Prah Sisovat Street in Chey Chumnah commune, Daun Penh district. The victim name Ngvieng Tangchay, 29. He is a motor taxi driver at Kaorm Samnor and lives in a rent house on the road 63 Phsar Tmey III commune Doun Penh district.
The witness said, before this event had occurred, the victim and his two friends name Seina and Houv. They drove two motors C125 model 2007 to woo each other on the grass field. About 5 minutes later a victim drove away from his friends to park under the Buddha tree near the riverside. He did because he wanted to woo a lady and while he was parking suddenly the two robbers droved a black-motor SMACH and one of them took a hand gun to threat the victim to take a motor away by safety. Fortunately, the victim was not found any accident and he filed a complaint and police are investigating in this case.
