Drug Traffickers Detained

Bantaymeanchay Province: Bantaymeanchay province’s military police arrested two men on 4 July for 1400 pill drug trafficking. Both suspects known as Chea Vannak, 25, lives in Ou Chrou district’s Soeng commune, and Roek Brak, 30, lives in Ou Chrou district’s Boy Bet commune, said Ou Borin, Bantaymeanchay military police chief.
The two were apprehended by Ou Chrou district military police at five o’clock in the afternoon in Ou Chrou district. While arrested, police checked, finding 4 packages of blue drug that equal 1400 pills, he added.
Police followed them before making the arrest. The men confessed that they were hired to carry the drug from Koun Domrey village to Bay Bet. They also added that this was the first time they did that.
