Drunk driving killed and injured 2

Phnom Penh: A man died on arrival at the hospital and another passenger critically injured in an accident at 11:40 of 29 August 2007 on Street 178 in front of Navy restaurant in Daun Penh's Beung Raing commune. The driver Ly Seng, 25, who police said that extremely drunk was arrested after trying to escape. The dead victim Tep Hay, 47, and another lady was seriously injured. Phnom Penh traffic police said that the traffic caused by drunken driving.
