Drunken Man Drives Car to Crash Fence Strongly

Phnom Penh: A traffic accident caused by a drunken driver happened in the Pkay garage N041 on street 173 in Tuol Svay Prey I commune, Chamkar Morn district at 10:20 p.m. on 23-April-07. Police said that the driver named Sao Mong, 20, lives in Beng Kengkong III commune, Chamkar Morn district.
Sao Mong confessed that he had drunk alcohol in a restaurant along street 173. He drove a dark blue VIVIO car without plate number. When he turned left, he turned over to crash Pkay garage that located on the corner. The accident destroyed a part of metal fence and a part of Tico car parking near the fence. The garage owner Mr. Lun Virak, 52, asked for $1,500 as compensation.
