Drunken man fell down from the bridge

Kompot: Sem Phal, 40 who lived in Rompien village fell down from the bridge as he was riding motorcycle with drunken in Tropeng Nel village at 7pm on 23 October. According to witness Seng Nat 26 who ridded along with the victim, he and Sem Phal stopped to drink alcohol on their way to work at Sre Embel but then Phal fell down to the water from bridge.
