ECCC Spokesman: Officers not Go New York for Aid

March 25, 08: Spokesman of the Extraordinary in the Court of Cambodia claimed that three ECCC’s officers did not go to New York for aid or represent for Cambodian government. They went to meet embassy officials of other countries in New York to tell them about the facts and evolution of the Khmer Rouge tribunal. The officers plan to meet those embassy representatives on Thursday this week. It should be noticed that ECCC used to be charged by public of corruption among employees in this tribunal and its budget would be spent all in the upcoming April.
