ECCC to Hear Nuon Chea’s Appeal on Feb 4

Officials of ECCC claimed the ECCC will start hearing of Nuon Chea’s appeal complaint on February 4, 2008 after he has filed the complaint to get out of detention. The complaint was done after he was charged by ECCC’s prosecutors of war crime and crime against humanity and was judged to detain for one year. Until now five senior leaders of Kampuchea Democratic are in detention after the decision on recent Dutch’s hearing to go on in detention.
