ECCC to Publicize Nuon Chea Appeal Complaint Result

Extra Ordinary Chamber in the Court of Cambodia officially informed that it will announce the judgment of Nuon Chea appeal complaint on March 20, 08. Nuon Chea is brother No2 after Pol Pot among all Khmer Rouge senior leaders. He is charged with war crime against humanity. Nuon Chea’s appeal hearing for staying out side detention facility was facing between his lawyers and ECCC’s lawyers on February 8.
