ECCC Will Decides on Duch’s Complaint tomorrow

Kambol Commune: After the former chief of Tuol Sleng prison Kaing Guek Eav (Duch) was against his detention on 20 November, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia will make a decision on Duch’s complaint whether to continue to detain him or not, Reach Sambath, the ECCC spokesman said yesterday. The spokesman doesn’t know that Duch will be release or continue to detain. Wait until 3 December 2007, but the public said that Duch is not going to release.
