Escaped after cutting his brother-in-law

Kampong Cham Province: A drunken man killed his brother-in-law and ran away from the scene. In the evening, on 3rd December, Karm Peoug, 27, had a serious argument with his sister. Then the sister’s husband came and shouted and cursed to Peoug to hack him if he were strong. Walking only a few steps, Mean You, the husband, was slashed several times by Peoug. After that, he died instantly and Karm Peoug escaped from the place. Police said that this was a revenge attack for this family frequently had quarrel with each other.
