Eussey Keo Police Arrested an Electric Wire Stealer

Phnom Penh: A 20-year-old young adult, who stole villagers’ electric wires, was apprehended by Eussey Keo District police at 9am on 15 November in Eussey Keo district’s Chroy Chang Var commune. The accused known Yoem Ratana lives in Phnom Penh City’s Eussey Keo district. Police asserted that Yoem Ratana is good at stealing villagers’ electric wires. Soon after the villagers filed the complaint with local police to sue him, he fled, and immediately after he was arrested, the villagers had their thumbs printed to put more burdens to him. Police found a lot of electric wires and a Sumorai sword, kind of sword, at his living place.
