Farmer Rapes his Sister

Kandal Province: A 25-year-old man was charged with raping his 28-year-old older sister in law on Tuesday while she was harvesting cow’s food in Kandal Steung district’s Kan Doun commune. The victim filed complaint with police at the same day after she was raped. The defendant known as Korn Sameurn was held and sent to provincial court to sentence on 21 March 2008, Kandal Steung Police said.
