Father arrested for raping own daughter

Phnom Penh: The cruel step father was arrested for raping his step daughter. The rape was known when the daughter was 2-month pregnant. The rapist Long Phirith, 46 living in Phnom Penh's Russey Keo district. The arrest was made according to the complaint from his wife who is the mother of the victim.
